Drop Off Policy
Priodas Hire is committed to delivering hired items at the agreed-upon time. If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as heavy traffic, Priodas Hire will promptly inform the hirer to keep updated. It is essential for the hirer to ensure that the venue or hirer is ready to accept the items at the scheduled time. If the venue or hirer cannot accommodate the delivery, Priodas Hire will communicate this to the hirer, and a redelivery or waiting fee may apply if necessary.
Collection Policy
The hirer is responsible for coordinating with the venue and Priodas Hire to ensure the venue is accessible for item collection. Should any damage be identified, the hirer will be held accountable for the associated costs. Priodas Hire will make every effort to collect items at the agreed time, but the same terms outlined in the drop-off policy will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
Collecting from Priodas Hire
To minimise delivery and collection costs, hirers are welcome to personally collect items from Priodas Hire in Newcastle Emlyn at a mutually agreed time. Kindly be aware that if items are not collected within a reasonable timeframe, refunds will not be provided. Priodas Hire appreciates your cooperation.
