Disclaimer: By hiring items such as light-up letters, numbers, sweet carts and any other items, the hirer accepts full responsibility for the safe and secure placement of these items during the event. It is hirers duty to inspect all items before use to ensure they are in good working and safe condition. Priodas Hire will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event related to the use of the hire items. Please ensure all safety measures are taken to protect guests and property. Be hiring any items, the hirer agrees to pay for any damages during the hire period.

Terms & Conditions

Deposits made for your hire items are non-refundable, with the remaining balance due one month prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. As the hirer, you are responsible for all hired items, including any damages that occur during the hire period, which will need be covered by you. In the unlikely event that Priodas Hire cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with a full refund, including the deposit, ensuring peace of mind.
